Project Description
A divorce had left this beautifully located and substantial property neglected and with bad energy, making a sale difficult in a challenging housing market.
By opening spaces to the beach view, moving a central stair case, making substantial changes to the layout and CR EIGHTing a new front entry, a positive energy flowed.
This was complemented by a new kitchen, new bathrooms (one excavated to create an en-suite), built-ins, landscaping and complete painting inside and out. Materials had to be sourced and selected to match the existing build.
Finally, the property was styled and furnished, and a strong sale result achieved with the property selling before auction.
