Project Description
This unique and individual property had been built 7 years earlier. It was a new way of renovating and building, and a first for CR EIGHT, where expensive surfaces were demolished.
The current home was built with superior finishes like marble, travertine, glass floors, spa, and Miele appliances. These surfaces were stripped to add limestone, black slate, Wolf, and Sub-Zero appliances. The spa was removed to allow for a larger terrace. The floors, bathrooms, joinery, and windows were replaced.
Even the exterior timber was clad with Alucobond to allow the home's appearance to be white and bright, blending in with the area along the coastal beaches of Sydney.
