Project Description

For many years, a little old house sat high on a hill, but sadly with no life or view. The foundation walls of the house were retained.

The natural slope of the land was then used to build a terraced 3-story house, which captures panoramic district and ocean views above, with large living spaces below, opening to a swimming pool and private garden.

A tropical built-in fish tank welcomes you upon entry and connects you to the ocean beyond. The contemporary kitchen with a large stone bench and built-in chef’s fridge, allows for an amazing entertaining area.
