Originally a single-story, 2 bedroom 1940s semi with no parking. It was home to a wonderful woman who lived to the age of 103, leaving it with loads of positive energy.
While keeping key exterior walls, the property was transformed into a family home, comprising 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 living spaces and 2 car parks, with ample storage.
A relaxed, peaceful, coastal beach home was CR EIGHT-ed using organic raw materials like limestone, wide American oak boards and a tropical landscaped garden.
The lower ground level opens to the garden, the second floor is framed by a canopy of green, while the third level enjoys iconic views over Bondi Beach.
